Miguel Vergara Crespo Obituary

Miguel A. Vergara Crespo, 65, of Nanticoke, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.


Born April 7, 1959 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Francisco Vergara and Juanita Crespo Garcia Vergara.


He resided in this area since 2015 and formerly resided in Jersey Shore. Miguel was employed as a professional blackjack, crap and roulette card dealer in Atlantic City, New Jersey.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, David Vergara, Alfredo Vergara, Daniel Vergara, and a sister, LuzMaria Garcia-Crespo.


He is survived by his children, Samantha Vergara and Stephen Vergara, and their mother Jeanette Vergara; siblings, Selenia Vergara; Eric Vergara, Anna Garcia-Crespo; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.


A Blessing service with military honors will be privately held.


Visitation hours will be Friday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dinelli Family Funeral Home, 170 East Broad Street, Nanticoke.
