Mark A. Lampman, 75, of Nanticoke passed away peacefully, in the presence of his loving family, Tuesday, May 13, 2025, a patient at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Nanticoke on June 25, 1949, he was a son of the late John S. Lampman Sr. and the late Victoria Olshefski Lampman. Mark graduated from Newport Township High School, class of 1967 and furthered his education attending Mansfield State College. He was employed for many years at Dana Perfumes Corp., Mountain Top until its closing in 2004 and later at Chaucer Press, Inc., Hanover Township, retiring in 2016. Mark enjoyed working outdoors at his home, and going on trips with his wife, Eleanore. What he enjoyed most was the company of his family and his beloved cat, Grayson. He is survived by his wife, the former Eleanore Baker, at home; a daughter, Krystle Simkonis, Mountain Top; step daughters, JoAnne Atie and her husband, Abdu, Mountain Top, and Danielle Guziak and her husband, Richard, Glen Lyon; brothers, John S. Lampman Jr. and his wife, Peggy, Panama Beach, FL, and Chester Lampman and his wife, MaryAnn, Williamsport; Also surviving are grandchildren, Skyler Simkonis, Richard Guziak Jr., Michelle Guziak and her fiance, Seth Brinzo, and Lyla Atie; great grandchildren, Alex and Ashton; as well as several nieces and nephews. Per Mark’s wishes, there will be no public services or calling hours. Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959. Arrangements are in the care of Dinelli Family Funeral Home, 170 E. Broad Street, Nanticoke.
