Mrs. Conrad, Jim, children, grandchildren and family, I am so sorry to hear of Charmaine's passing. When we were children, Charmaine was always a sweet and kind neighbor. From reading her obituary it is heart warming to know she lead an extraordinary life of love and caring. May the Lord comfort you all in your time of sorrow. Until we all meet again, God Bless Y'all.
