Carol Ann Kiewlak Obituary

Carol Ann Kiewlak, 78, of the Wanamie section of Newport Township, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2024 at Allied Services Skilled Nursing, Center City, Wilkes Barre.


Born September 8, 1946 in Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Julia Mishnak Kiewlak.


She was a member of St. Faustina Kowalska Parish, Nanticoke and the former St. Francis of Assisi Church and St. Joseph’s Church, prior to the consolidation of the parishes.


Surviving is her brother, Thomas Kiewlak; nephews, Jordan Sager and his wife, Angela, and Jeffrey Sager; a great niece, Elsie Sager and a great nephew, Elmer Sager; and numerous cousins.


A private blessing service was held from Dinelli Family Funeral Home, 170 East Broad St., Nanticoke, with Deacon Herbert Cruickshank, of St. Faustina parish, officiating.


Interment was in St. Adalbert’s Cemetery, Glen Lyon.
