My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Dave “Crockett” Beggs. I began my career at Sika in 1998 and Dave quickly became a close friend. Dave was not perfect and never proclaimed to be but he was one of the most loyal people and fierce friends. He would literally give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it and would be standing right beside you in a fight (sometimes literally). He loved his friends and co-workers but loved his family even more. Under the hard shell he wore on the outside, Dave was compassionate, caring, and generous with what he had. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten. I am proud to have known Dave and will always remember the great times we had!
