My sincere sympathy, thoughts, and prayers go out to Jay and all of Diane's family. It was my pleasure to be part of a Leadership Wilkes-Barre project group with Diane. We worked on the lobby of the YMCA in Wilkes-Barre and of course used the YMCA song as our theme (rewritten by Jim Martin) to interface with our project. We had such a good time refurbishing the lobby, singing our song, and creating our video for the graduation dinner. She will be greatly missed.

Back in the early/mid 1990s, while attending college I worked part time in the Reference Dept of the Osterhout Library. Mrs. Suffren was my boss. She was always respectful and kind to me II would also like to include that all of the Reference librarians at that time were also very nice to me (Mrs. Fromel, Mrs. Schimmel and Mrs. Stefanko). It was a great environment to work in and I am grateful to have been able to work there.
Sincerely,
Joe Antonishak

Jay, I was shocked and saddened to learn of Diane’s passing. I remember the good old days when Diane was in reference and worked on different NEPBC projects with me and other members of HILNNEP. She was an excellent librarian and she will be greatly missed. Rosemarie Taylor
