I met Wayne when I started at Benco 8 years ago. He immediately approached me when he found out we knew some of the same people outside the company. I liked Wayne the second I met him. Always said hello in the hallways, always smiling, always collaborative on projects, always joking, always full of joy. We could all be a little more like Wayne, for the world would benefit with more Waynes in them. My deepest sympathy to his family and his friends...which is every person he ever encountered.
Rest peacefully, Wayne.
