Today, my heart is heavy as I remember our dear friend Sue, who left us far too soon. Her kindness, laughter, and unwavering love touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
One memory that stands out is our trip to Nashville—a time filled with laughter, music, and so many cherished moments.
She was more than a friend, she was family, a confidant, and a source of endless joy and inspiration.
Though she is no longer with us, her memory will live on in every smile she gave us and every heart she touched. Rest easy, Sue. You will forever be missed and cherished.

Sue has been a friend to me and my family practically our entire lives. She will surely be missed. So many great memories with her. Most recently attending my daughters wedding together. Also each and every year for as long as I can remember, Sue was with us every Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday.

Susan was one of a kind! We met on Loomis St in the Summer of 1970. We knew from right there and then we were going to be lifelong friends. Although we were separated by miles, we always made time for each other every time I visited back home in Nanticoke or the numerous times she visited here in the Chicagoland area. We even met in London a few years ago while we’re on separate vacations and in DC last January visiting our friends Jorge and John along with my partner Jay. The last I saw her was in August to see Metallica at Soldier Field… I will remember the last moment I saw her was fumbling for her boarding pass heading to security at Midway. She always said we go together like Peas and Carrots! She will be deeply missed forever ❤️ Above are a few pictures of our life together…
